Following the release of her twelfth studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, in October, the pop star continues to cement her global superstar status by scoring another historic chart milestone.

In a report, the “The Fate of Ophelia” hitmaker’s latest album has reached 10 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Meanwhile, as noted by Billboard, Luminate, the data engine behind music charts, reported that Swift garnered 104,000 equivalent album units in the U.S for the chart week dated Dec 27. This represented an 18% increase from the previous week.

The positive performance was fueled by a surge in sales, specifically after the colored vinyl editions sold exclusively on the music sensation’s official online store.

Fueled by the sales surge and another week atop the Billboard 200, the award-winning singer has made history again as the first female artist to have four albums each spend at least 10 weeks at No.1 on the chart.

Besides The Life of a Showgirl, her eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, spent 17 weeks in 2024, followed by 1989 at 11 weeks in 2014 and 2015 and Fearless at 11 weeks in 2008 and 2009.

With the “Bad Blood” singer’s latest Billboard achievement, Swift now ties music legendsElvis Presley and The Beatles as the artists with the most albums to spend at least 10 weeks at No. 1 in Billboard 200.
