Cher's son Elijah Blue Allman will appear in court three times over the next few months.
Two of his court appearances are linked to arrests in New Hampshire.
Cher is currently seeking a temporary conservatorship of Allman, who she claims is "gravely disabled" due to drug addiction.
Cher's son Elijah Blue Allman is facing a mix of legal issues.
The 49-year-old son of the "Believe" singer and late Allman Brothers Band musician Gregg Allman will appear in court three times between now and June, with two hearings related to recent arrests and one linked to his mother filing for temporary conservatorship.
On June 26, Allman will appear before a judge in New Hampshire over an incident at a prep school in Concord, N.H., that led to his arrest and being charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct.
Allman is also due in court on April 22 over a second arrest in New Hampshire after allegedly breaking into a home. For that incident, he was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail.
The final court appearance for Allman is scheduled for April 24, which will be a hearing regarding his mother having filed for conservatorship.

In her petition, Cher claims that her son is "gravely disabled" and that "his drug dependency is at its worst." She requested that fiduciary Jason Rubin be appointed conservator of Allman's estate.
The document also claims that Allman has "no concept of money," alleging that he spends any he gets "immediately" and "almost exclusively" on "drugs, expensive hotels, and limousine transportation." It also claims that he owes $200,000 in taxes, plus "excessive spousal support" to his ex-wife, Marieangela King.
Cher previously filed to place Allman under a conservatorship in 2023, citing "severe mental health and substance abuse issues" that made him "substantially unable to manage his financial resources." She dropped the filing in September 2024.

Prior her son's recent legal issues, the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award honoree learned he fathered a baby in 2010 with Kayti Edwards, the step-granddaughter of legendary actress Julie Andrews.
Edwards' mother Jennifer is the daughter of filmmaker Blake Edwards, Andrews' husband from 1969 until his death in 2010. She broke the news publicly in an interview with The Sun, saying "Cher got in touch with me last June and asked if it was true, so I had to confess."
"She said she had heard something about it from Elijah back in 2021, but didn't know if it was just crazy talk. When she heard the news, she was speechless," Edwards added.
Three months after learning about being a first-time grandmother, Cher met her 15-year-old granddaughter, Ever.
"She was lovely and kind and we had dinner," said Edwards. "Cher asked Ever if she wanted to see her closet and showed her a pair of jeans she had worn in concert. It was a cool experience for her. Cher was very childlike. They played in the pool and she spoke to Ever about school and asked her about boys. She was like a kid herself."

Allman is Cher's only child with the late Allman Brothers Band musician, who she was married to from 1975 until 1979. Cher is also mother to Chaz Bono, whom she welcomed with her other ex-husband, Sonny Bono, in 1969.
Continuing his parent's legacy with music, Allman has performed as the vocalist and guitarist for the rock group Deadsy. He has also worked alongside notable acts like Thirty Seconds to Mars, Sugar Ray, Korn, and Orgy.
