A major life shift is unfolding for Grammy-winning pop star Meghan Trainor, who has sold her Los Angeles mansion for $6,835,000 on the same day she announced the cancellation of her 2026 Get In Girl tour.
The quick sale, which closed just over a week after the property hit the market, comes as the singer steps back from touring to focus on her growing family.
The 32-year-old artist confirmed the tour cancellation directly to fans, writing, "After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I've made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour."

The announcement followed a wave of personal changes, including welcoming a new baby and prioritizing time at home.
Trainor explained the decision further, saying, "Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take right now."
She added that she needs to be “home and present” for her loved ones.
According to TMZ, the newly sold Encino estate reflects the singer’s high-profile lifestyle over the past few years. The sprawling property spans around 14,164 square feet on 1.09 acres, featuring seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It includes luxury amenities such as a pool with a waterslide, a professional recording studio, a mirror-lined gym and even a full-size basketball court.
Trainor originally purchased the home in 2020 for $6.6 million from rapper Doug Jordan, meaning the recent sale brought only a modest profit. Despite that, the quick turnaround highlights a decisive move during a period of transition.

The property also carries a celebrity history, previously owned by Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green and featured on Bravo’s “Flipping Out.”
The mansion sale comes as Trainor shifts focus toward family life with her husband, Daryl Sabara, and their three young children. The couple recently welcomed their daughter, Mikey Moon, via surrogate, joining sons Riley and Barry.
Trainor acknowledged that stepping away from touring may disappoint fans, writing, "I know this will come as a disappointment to my fans, and I am so sorry to let you down." Still, she emphasized that the decision is necessary, adding, "This is the right decision for my family and me right now."
She reassured supporters that her break is temporary, promising, "I will be back soon and I can't wait for you to hear this new record."
Despite canceling the tour, Trainor is still set to release her seventh studio album, Toy With Me, on April 24.
Shortly after canceling the tour, she shared a lighthearted moment online, posting a video singing with her son Barry, showing a softer, more personal side of her current life.
